1 TASSIMO Carte Noire Cappuccino (1 T DISC Carte Noire Espresso and 1 T DISC Carte Noire Foaming Milk Creamer)
50 g butter
150 g flour
50 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
grease for the waffle iron
1 Prepare a TASSIMO Carte Noire Cappuccino with your TASSIMO machine. Place the butter in a mixing bowl and pour in the coffee to make the butter melt. Separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs. Mix the egg yolks, flour, sugar and salt with the cappuccino until the consistency becomes thick and smooth. Whisk the egg whites until they become stiff and incorporate them into the mixture using a hand whisk.
2 Grease and heat the waffle iron. For each waffle, place a small ball of the mixture in the centre of the iron and cook for about 2 minutes, just until it looks golden brown. Sprinkle with icing sugar and eat them whilst they are still warm. You can recrisp cold waffles by reheating them under the grill or in the oven.
